Credit Enrollment Requirements
In order to reside on campus students must enroll for 12 or more credits per semester. Students may choose to enroll in online learning, however, nine of the twelve credits must be in standard credit courses.

Application Deadlines
Please note: Before submitting your housing application you must first apply to the college for admission.
Fall housing applicants are encouraged to apply by April 1. Spring housing applicants are encouraged to apply by October 1. Housing spaces will be offered to qualified applicants starting April 1 for the fall semester and October 1 for the spring semester.
Applicants will be accepted, space permitting, up until the 10th week of the semester.
Meal Plans
All students living in the residence hall must purchase a meal plan. Students are given a meal plan credit balance each Monday. Meal plan dollars can be spent in the Food Court or Spartan's Den. Meal plans A, B & C include $200 flex dollars per semester. Flex dollars are in addition to your weekly meal plan dollars. Flex dollars can be spent in the Bookstore, Food Court, Food Cart, and Hampton Winds restaurant.
Cost
Rent starts at $2,108 per semester for a standard Residence Hall room and $2,244 per semester for a standard apartment, with a two-semester lease. In addition, a $150 housing security deposit is due at the time of selection, which will be refunded upon termination of the lease and a satisfactory inspection of the premises. Prices quoted represent summer 2011/Fall 2011/Spring 2012 costs. Rent, meal plans and security deposits may be adjusted for future semesters.

Summer Housing
Summer housing is available to students who have previously lived on NCC's Campus and to the students whose academic program begins in the summer session (s). Cost per session is $744 for a double occupancy and $878 for a single occupancy. Only flex meal plan option is available in the summer sessions. Single room options are only guaranteed in the summer sessions.
