Types of Housing

Residence Hall
NCC's residence hall is co-ed by floor. In most cases two students share a furnished, non-smoking room equipped with air conditioning, basic cable, Internet access and a phone line. Most on campus students are assigned to the residence hall.

Apartment Complex
Our non-smoking, comfortably furnished apartments each accommodate four or more students of the same gender. Apartments are equipped with central air-conditioning, basic cable, internet access, phone line with voice mail/Caller ID, a furnished living room, dinette area, kitchen facility, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Preference is given to upper class students. Apartment space is limited.
