Table Games Dealer Training
Begin a successful and lucrative career in the gaming industry in only twelve weeks of training. Our comprehensive array of table games classes was developed closely with the casinos and is taught by facilitators with extensive casino experience. Dealer training courses are taught in flexible day, evening sessions and new weekend sessions. To view current course offerings, please click here.

Before registering, please remember that table games dealing requires a basic level of numeracy skills. You should be comfortable with simple fractions and basic arithmetic functions. This is especially true for Craps.

NEW! Fundamentals of Floor Supervision
Ideal for dealers who are serious about a casino career and have at least six months of table games experience. Courses include:

  • To Catch a Thief - Focuses on game protection. The class will be participatory in nature and include real examples for discussion. The class will be taught both in the classroom as well as the mock casino. Sessions are available on April 26(1-4pm) and April 30 (3-6pm)
  • Working Together Creates Success - Discusses the characteristics needed to advance and how to earn the respect of the dealers. This class will be participatory in nature and include real examples for discussion. The class will be taught both in the classroom as well as the mock casino. April 29 (1-4pm)
  • My Section is the Place Everyone Wants to Be! - Focuses on the importance of customer satisfaction, motivating dealers, handling conflicts, body language and maintaining a positive attitude. Class will be offered in May.
  • Ready for Responsibility - Now that you are a Floor Supervisor, what are your job duties? This 3 hours class will discuss responsibilities, where to best position yourself to watch your games, the key moments in each game to watch and manual ratings. Class will be offered in May.

Casino Surveillance Training
Are you looking to join one of the fastest growing industries in Pennsylvania, but not interested in becoming a Table Games Dealer? Then our new surveillance agent/operator program is for you. The program is led by an industry leader in casino surveillance with over 20 years of experience and includes:

  • Understanding how surveillance is used to protect both the Casino and patron
  • How to identify patterns of suspicious behavior
  • Interrogating/interviewing
  • Defining and identifying cheating as it relates to all casino gaming

    ESL Basic Spoken English for the Casino Industry
    Highly customized training, developed specifically for the casino industry, addresses the participant's ability to understand and confidently interact with guests and communicate effectively with casino mangement. Course includes intensive ESL activities including conversation, group learning and role play. 21 hours.
