CUSTOM CELEBRATIONS FOR CHILDREN 5 to 9
Looking for a birthday party idea that doesn't involve a giant mouse at an arcade or a giant mess in your house? Planning a low-stress, memorable birthday party for your child can be as easy as registering for a Horizons class!
Horizons birthday parties feature hands-on creative fun customized to your child's interests. Possible themes include pirates, superheroes, princesses, jewelry making, candle making, science concoctions, or almost anything your child can dream up.
Custom-themed parties include:
- A two-hour class led by an experienced instructor. Kids participate in fun activities and make crafts related to the chosen theme.
- A party room for another hour to celebrate, open presents, and eat.
- Paper products, drinks, snacks, use of a refrigerator, and cutlery.
- You may supply cake, food and decorations, if desired.

Available party dates are limited. Please note that only one party is scheduled per date and registration is on a first come-first served basis.

For 20 children (including birthday child): $168 plus $100 materials fee
For 10 children (including birthday child): $158 plus $70 materials fee.
COOKING CLASS CELEBRATIONS FOR KIDS 6 to 15
If your child is a budding Rachel Ray or practices his "Bam!" in front of the mirror, a Horizons cooking class party could be the perfect way to celebrate his or her special day. What could be more fun than a birthday party where the kids make their own party foods, edible party favors, and even dessert?
Cooking class parties include:
- A two-hour cooking class in Northampton's state-of-the-art hands-on kitchen where the kids will make food and favors related to the theme. Possible themes include: Tea Party, Pizza Party, Brunch Party, Italian Party or an idea of your choosing.
- An additional hour in a party room to eat, open presents, etc.
- You may supply decorations for the party room.
