FOOD COURT: Second Floor, College Center

Monday - Thurday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
BREAKFAST:
French toast sticks with tater barrels and coffee.
SIMPLY TO GO:
Salads: Black olive chicken caesar; apple walnut salad.
Snacks: Fruit cup; veggie cup; pita and hummus; peaches and cream yogurt parfait; banana maple yogurt parfait; pudding cups; cheese cubes; grapes; jello.
Sandwiches: Peanut butter and jelly; turkey and cheddar sandwich; tuna on wheat; turkey BLT panini; chicken Caesar wrap; chicken walnut salad on pumpernickel.
LUNCH

Tuesday: Beef rice and French onion soups; vegetable fried rice; beef BB-Q on a kaiser with cole slaw and veggie; eggplant parmesan with bread stick and veggie; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; *crispy chicken BB-Q ranch salad; *grilled flank steak oven-fired flatbread combo with fries and beverage; buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries and soda; 4" buffalo ranch chicken sub with chips and beverage.

Friday: Manhattan clam chowder and cream of mushroom soups; vegetable fried rice; lemon pepper chicken pasta with breadstick and veggie; sautéed gnocchi with plum tomato bread stick and veggie; beef chimichanga with chips and salsa; *honey mustard wonton chicken salad; *grilled flank steak oven-fired flatbread combo with fries and beverage; buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries and soda; 4" buffalo ranch chicken sub with chips and beverage.
DINNER

Tuesday: Boneless fried chicken with potatoes and veggie; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; vegetable fried rice.
Wednesday: Beef stir fry with rice; steamed pork dumplings with dipping sauce; vegetable fried rice.
Thursday: Southwest rotisserie chicken with roasted potatoes and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; vegetable fried rice.
*Protein can be replaced with roasted tofu.
