Learning Outside the Walls

The NCC "Learning Outside the Walls" program consists of live, interactive web workshops, allowing you to enjoy the services that NCC has to offer right in the comfort of your own home! Become a more successful student this semester by participating in these online skill building workshops.

Staff from a variety of NCC offices have teamed up to offer online workshops that tackle common student problems such as time and stress management, test taking, and provide tips on public speaking, writing research papers, transferring, advising and much more!

Are Online Classes for Me?

Online learning courses can be fun, exciting, challenging, convenient, and enriching; but they are not an easy way to earn credits. If you are trying to decide whether or not online learning is right for you, come hear what online learning is all about at NCC, and identify some key points to consider before signing up for an online course.

Advising for Spring Registration

12:15 p.m.
Participants will learn how the advising process works at NCC and what students should do to prepare for spring registration. Participants will also learn about the NCC curriculum so they can better understand if the courses they are taking will count towards their degree program.
