Spartan Net is NCC's online student services. Students can access Spartan Net from any computer (on- or off-campus) with Internet access. Spartan Net functions are explained below.

Spartan Net Functions
Biographical: Review your student information, including address, phone, and major. This may not be changed on-line; contact the Records Office – Main campus or the Enrollment Office – Monroe campus if you need to change any information. Other functions include Holds (which will prevent you from viewing your records and/or prevent you from registering), Exams (lists placement test results to be reviewed with your advisor), and the name of your Academic Advisor.
Grades: Review a grade report for the specified semester. Grades are only available through Spartan Net; grades will not be mailed unless a written request is made to the Records Office.
Academic Record: Review your overall academic record (unofficial transcript). If you need an official transcript, a written request must be made to the Records Office. Click here for information about ordering an official transcript.
Course Catalog: Course schedules are listed for the specified semester; course descriptions and prerequisites are indicated.
Address/Phone: Update your mailing address and/or phone number.
Financial Aid: Check if any documents are needed to complete your financial aid file and review your financial aid award. Click here for additional Financial Aid information.
Tuition Bill/Schedule: This is your schedule and bill – print this page after you complete your registration and after any subsequent schedule changes. The Bursar's Office will not send you another bill; you are responsible for making payment arrangements by the specified due date. You can make on-line credit card payments from this site. Click here to review all payment options.
Registration: Register for courses during the specified registration period. Full-time students need clearance from an academic advisor to register. You will not be able to register if you have any holds on your account. Be sure to review all of the other details about registration.
Change Password: You may change your Spartan Net password. (Note that this function does not change your Student Email password.)
GPA Projection: You must be enrolled in the current semester to use this function.
Student EMail: Link to your student Email account.
Degree Audit: Check your progress toward completion of your indicated major or see how your courses may be applied towards another program. Review this information with your academic advisor if you have any questions.
