Faculty Professional Development
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supports NCC's faculty in their efforts to integrate instructional technology and other effective teaching practices into their classrooms. The Center's purpose is to foster a college-wide culture that focuses on the learning process.

The Center includes:

• 10-station computer lab with presentation capabilities for faculty training

The college's faculty senate provides a college-wide forum to address issues of academic life. It facilitates communication among the faculty and with the administration. This includes:
