Office of Planning and Institutional Research

The Office of Planning and Institutional Research develops and updates Northampton's Strategic Plan, and maintains annual department action plans. Our activities include:·

• analyzing and reporting enrollment and graduation trends
• completing state and federal compliance reports
• monitoring demographic, economic, educational and labor market trends in the region
• conducting evaluations of NCC's institutional effectiveness

The goal of all of our activities is to provide guidance to the College's leadership. Our work impacts decision-making related to access, engagement, and excellence opportunities for the students, faculty, staff and community we serve.
