The Fab Lab includes a rapid prototyper 3D printer, a CNC router, two programmable sewing machines, a well-equipped wood shop, ten computers with a variety of two dimensional and three-dimensional design software and a variety of other tools and machines.
Laser Cutter-Etcher
Epilog's Helix 24"x18", 45 watt laser offers exclusive Radiance optics package, Air Assist, Auto Focus, Integrated Vector Grid/Vacuum Table. It engraves and/or cuts wood, acrylic, plastic, glass, marble, coated metal, and stainless steel with Cermark.
Rapid Prototyper 3D Printer
uPrint models are made in ABSplus ™ - a production-grade thermoplastic - and are tough enough for functional testing under real-world conditions. They can be drilled, machined, sanded, painted, even chromplated. Prototypes are perfect for proof of concept, functional testing, product mockups and even making jigs, fixtures and vacuum forming molds.
CNC Router
Using MasterCAM X4 platform you can draw a part from scratch, set the tools, feeds and generate GM codes for our CNC Techno router system.
Wood Working Lab
Use tools such as a tablesaw, miter saw, band saw, bench sander, hand tool and wood working lathe while working with beautiful Pennsylvania hardwoods.
Sewing/Embroidery Equipment
Use our Brother, Industrial or Janome Memory Craft machines to learn industrial straight stitch or connect a laptop to our embroidery machine to develop custom creations.
The Fab Lab, now has the equipment where circuit boards can be assembled and inspected for workmanship.
