| The Business Training Resources Department (BTR) at Northampton Community College is a one-stop workforce development resource center providing and supporting innovative training, coaching, assessment, funding and consulting to the people who live and work within our community.
BTR specializes in helping employers access funding to support their training efforts. Through state-sponsored programs such as the Workforce and Economic Development Network of Pennsylvania (WEDnetPa), Customized Job Training and PAWin, we have been able to bring several million dollars of training funds to eligible clients.
