Textbook Return Policy

• A receipt is required for all returns. Books purchased from the NCC Bookstore may be returned within the first two weeks of class.
• New texts are accepted for full refund only if they are in new and unmarked condition. Any computer passcodes included with the book must be unopened.
• If books are marked, they can be sold to the textbook wholesaler at the current buyback price.
• No refunds on opened sets of shrink wrapped course material.
• If an instructor changes textbooks, students will be able to return textbook(s) previously purchased from the NCC Bookstore and purchase the new textbook(s).
• Students with a defective textbook will receive a replacement textbook.

Financial Aid

• Upon approval, financial aid can be used as a form of payment to purchase your books either online or in the campus bookstores.
• Financial aid is usually available to use two weeks before the start of class. A notification of approval should be mailed to you directly.
• Remember when placing your order online to be sure to select this option and include your Student ID number for processing.
