The Main Campus , located in Bethlehem Township, was founded in 1967, and enrolls the largest number of students. However, Northampton has made an effort to bring educational opportunities to a larger population of students by opening four off-campus centers. By offering courses in local communities where people live and work, students who would find it difficult to commute to classes at the end of a busy day find it convenient to attend courses offered in their own vicinity. The north side of Main Campus in Technology Hall is the location for the welding, machining, CNC, and electrical and mechanical maintenance programs.
The Monroe Campus , located in Tannersville, Pa., reached full branch campus status in 1993. The facility opened in 1988, and has existed in its current site since 1993. For more information about the Monroe Campus, call 570/620-9221.
The new Fowler Family Southside Center provides classes in literacy training, and also serves the Southside community with an array of credit and noncredit classes.
