Upon graduation with a bachelor's degree from a four-year institution, students will be ready to accept management positions in sales, accounting, marketing, production, purchasing, personnel, public relations and finance.

Northampton's 61-63 credit program is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Students who come to NCC for a degree are traditionally recent high school graduates or returning adults wishing to complete their education. The program offers several electives in order for students to develop their career interests. It is recommended that students work closely with advisors to ensure that maximum credits carry over to institutions in demand. NCC has many transfer agreements that make acceptance a seamless process.
