About Us

Jill Buss

My name is Jill Buss. I was an elementary teacher for several years and taught fourth, third and first grade. My love and interests are teaching reading and integrating technology into instruction. After teaching several years, I left the classroom and became an Instructional Specialist in Montgomery County Public Schools. In this position, I worked with teachers and administrators to help them effectively integrate technology into instruction. I conducted school-based and countywide training on various software applications and peripherals. In addition, I performed model lessons for teachers in their classrooms to help them integrate technology. I was also a faculty associate for Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. I taught graduate level technology courses for the “Technology for Educators” program. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University in Educational Technology.

Currently, while raising my two daughters, I work from home teaching Early Childhood courses for Northampton Community College as well as conduct computer training for the adult education program for Loudoun County Public Schools.
