Emerging Leaders Support Group for New Directors


  The Leadership Development Institute's Program
  for Leaders in Early Childhood Education is
  working with the Northeast Regional Key to
  facilitate Emerging Leaders Support Group for
  New Directors during 2008-2009 in Berks County
  and the Lehigh Valley .

The Leadership Development Institute’s Program for Leaders in Early Childhood Education is available to facilitate leadership development support groups for:

• Experienced Directors
• Emerging Leaders
• Practitioners
• Parents and Families
• Early Childhood Professionals who Support the Field (such as CCIS Staff, Faculty, PQAS Instructors, Consultants and Family Mentors)

Support Groups can focus on a wide variety of issues and can be formed around any issue.  Support Groups can focus on specific issues such as succession planning, creating a vision, strategic planning, and advocacy and public policy or they can be devoted to general leadership development.
