Events You Loved (or Missed):
NCC Loves Florida
It was Lehigh Valley cold but Florida tanning warm back on February 6, 2007 as Dennis and Jane Ackerman (’70 and ’71 grads, respectively) hosted 20 alumni and friends of Northampton at Mattison’s Twin Dolphin Marina in Bradenton, Florida. Alumni who attended include Donna Heffner ’78, Kathryn Campbell ’80, Marge Crandall ’77, June Cunningham-Merrell ’00, Angela Nagle ’99. Dr Scott, president of Northampton, welcomed our alumni and friends and provided a brief update on the College, while everyone enjoyed an evening reminiscing over dinner.
Funeral Service Alumni Reunion
David Heintzelman ’80, and over 100 funeral service alumni and their families descended on Springfest to honor Professor Rich Trexler’s 31 years of service and to reconnect with fellow classmates. Thanks to David for all his work bringing the group together for a wonderful sunny afternoon on campus!

Good Times
The Dental Hygiene Class of ’74, and the Architecture and Radio/TV programs all also held reunions this past spring. Everyone got together for food and conversations, and to help celebrate both the College’s 40th anniversary, and the lasting friendships created at NCC over the years.

Alumni Art Show
Northampton Community College presents, Alumni Art @ NCC, a juried all-media exhibition of fine art and design, in celebration of the College's 40th Anniversary, on Thursday, November 8, 2007 in Communications Hall. A reception, at 5 p.m. on November 8 will kick off the art show.
Community Fabric Awards
The celebration of the College’s 40th Anniversary culminates in the Fabric Awards Dinner on Saturday, October 27, 2007; beginning at 6 PM: dinner, dancing and an awards ceremony where we honor members of the Lehigh Valley for their service to the community.
