Hollywood Dream
From the Lehigh Valley to Hollywood, this Northampton Community College alumnus is making his dreams come true as a freelance online film editor.

One of Marc Fisher’s most recent projects was the summer movie “Superman Returns.” In reviewing the movie, Jonah Weiland, executive producer of Comic Book Resources, said, “You will believe a man can fly. Breathtaking. Exhilarating. Truly awesome. You’re left clamoring; clawing at your seats for more and more, thinking, ‘the next movie can’t come quickly enough.’ And believe me, it can’t.”

Last Man Down: A Fireman’s Story

NY Fire Chief Richard Picciotto was the last firefighter to escape the Towers on 9/11. Modeled after his best-selling book, Last Man Down, Picciotto offers a tribute to the lives that were lost that day. His recount is not one of death and destruction, but rather a celebration of life; a story of a man, a hero, and a tragic event that inspired a nation.

Recipes For Success Awards Mixer – Wednesday, Oct. 18
Join us for NCC Alumni Association’s Recipes for Success Alumni Awards Mixer at 5:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall. Enjoy hors d'oeuvre and refreshments in an informal after-work mixer, and honor those who have written their own recipes for success. See this year’s recipients.
