National Registry Emergency Medical Technician Basic

National Registry Emergency Medical Responder (First Responder)
For police, fire and rescue personnel responding to the scene of injury or illness; procedures used to initiate treatment while awaiting arrival of a higher level of care includes but not limited to CPR, shock and bleeding and patient survey. University Emergency Medical Technician
The University Emergency Medical Technician program prepares participants for the medical emergencies that occur in a university setting. The program features hands-on instruction in life saving techniques and is designed to accommodate the hectic lifestyle of a college student. Tactical Emergency Medicine Five Day Course
Think you have what it takes to work with a SWAT team and provide out-of-hospital care in a tactical environment? The austere environment of a tactical law enforcement mission requires special judgement and skills not caught in standard EMS courses or medical school. Our Tactical Emergency Medicine (TEMS) program is an intense classroom and physically challenging training program designed to provide the medical provider with valuable advanced combat medical skills combined with intense tactical training and the ability to use both in extreme environments. EMT-B Skills Workshop
EMT-B skill preparation course for healthcare professionals (Licensed Registered Nurses, Physician's Assistants, Pre-Hospital Registered Nurses, EMT-P or EMT-B) planning to challenge to Pennsylvania EMT-B certification skills examination. This course includes lecture and hands-on lab exercises and can be completed in one weekend. To attend this course, interested participants must hold one of the certifications mentioned above. Wilderness First Aid
Learn the essential skills to save a life when a weekend trip or expedition doesn't go as planned. Our Wilderness First Aid training is an intensive, 16 hour hands-on course that will show participants how to handle medical emergencies when you are miles away from help and dialing 911 is not an immediate option. Course is ideal for hunters, hikers, campers and anyone working in remote conditions. Participants who successfully complete the training will be presented a course completion card.
