One day a month from September through May, LLV cohorts will explore a topic critical to the Lehigh Valley's future. LLV brings in community leaders to inform, educate, and stimulate thought-provoking discussion. No other leadership program offers such broad and exclusive access to the region's top minds in a candid environment.

Each LLV class identifies and completes a sustainable project that helps solve a challenge within the Lehigh Valley community. The project activity serves to display the skills learned throughout the program and gives class members practical lessons in board dynamics and volunteerism.
The class projects illustrate that leadership creates results through cooperation and collaboration. Many previous LLV projects have provided the impetus for community action around issues like urban neighborhood revitalization, provisions for basic human needs, fostering volunteerism, environmental preservation, and more.
