Student Recruitment & Retention


Objectives:

  • Create an affirming environment that reflects NCC’s diverse student population
  • Continue to successfully recruit historically underrepresented students.
  • Examine retention data of historically underrepresented students.
  • Study and examine the concerns of safety and support related specifically to GLBT students and students of color.
