"Diversity": it’s more than different faces, it’s a change in one’s mindset and a reflection of pride and the possibilities that await us.  This diversity video is a compilation of faculty, students and staff at Northampton Community College.  It characterizes the diversity one sees walking the halls of our campuses.  The images capture our differences, but reflect our similarities and values.
