Linda Skelcy left the corporate world of marketing five years ago and never looked back. She was finally able to pursue her true passion - that of cooking! She attended several Culinary Schools in New Jersey and New York before founding The Good Cook, a small plate catering company and cooking school.

In 2012 she relocated back to the Lehigh Valley (her hometown) and began teaching at NCC in January 2013. Linda enjoys sharing her knowledge with like-minded foodies in a variety of hands-on cooking classes at the Bethlehem Campus as well as demonstration classes at the Fowler Center.
