Teri Gaglione

Teri Gaglione, aka, Shehara, will be teaching "Belling Dancing for the Wise Woman" at NCC's Monroe Campus starting January 2014. Teri is a Licensed Social Worker and has been a Supervisor of Support Services at VNA/Hospice of Monroe County for 14 years. Teri taught Belly Dance at Serena's Studio in NYC and at the United Nations as a means to manage employee stress.

After relocating, Teri performed as Shehara at various resorts in the Poconos, as well as Middle Eastern restaurants in the tri-state area. She has taught at the YMCA in Scranton, Easton, Stroudsburg, and Dunmore and does various presentations for at women's meetings and charity events.

Teri teaches Belly Dancing as a way of sharing the lifelong health and fitness benefits of the dance with women of all ages and all levels of activity.
