How do I register for Online Learning courses?

• Contact the Advising/Counseling office and speak to him or her if needed
• Use Spartan Net to look for online courses and work with your advisor to choose the courses that interest you
• Click on Getting Started and follow the directions from there for each course to learn more about them; Determine if your course requires proctoring, review the Proctor Information page
• Determine if your course has any Special Requirements
• Carefully review the Technical Information and Requirements page
  

How much will my online courses and their textbooks cost?

• Review your Financial Aid options
• Review NCC’s tuition and fees and payment due dates and procedures
• Visit the NCC Bookstore to determine how much your textbooks will cost
  

What should I do after I have registered for my courses?

• Go to the Academic Calendar page and review the important dates that correspond with your course schedule
• On the first day of classes, log into your Blackboard account ; Use your NCC student ID number as both your initial username and password.
• Carefully review all content posted to your course
• Review the online tutoring schedule to find a tutor, if needed
• Learn about the student resources available through the Career Counseling and Counseling offices and the Library
