Why This Program

Build a broad foundation in the liberal arts by taking elective courses across many NCC departments and earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Gain robust critical thinking and communication skills in a variety of subject areas and prepare to complete a bachelor’s degree at a four-year institution. Northampton Community College holds dozens of transfer agreements to help you transition smoothly. Our flexible program structure allows you to study in-person in daytime or evening courses on our Bethlehem or Pocono campus, or you can complete your A.A. in liberal arts partially or fully online.
