The April 2006 edition of Lehigh Valley Style features profiles on two NCC graduates. In an article titled “A Better Change of Life”, women who changed careers later in life were profiled. Judy Jones, a lawyer turned chef, talks about her experiences and the culinary arts program here at NCC. Jones is now known as the “Soup Lady” and is renowned for her gourmet soups. Patrica Roblin discusses how life changes forced her to find a new career. She is currently enrolled in NCC’s radiography program.

In the same issue of Lehigh Valley Style, NCC was voted #1 in adult continuing education in the 2006 Who’s Who in Business survey.
