The library staff has just added 12,000 electronic books to the catalog. In addition to finding books located on the bookshelves, a search for "stem cell research" will also pull up copies of electronic books on this topic. The subject range of this online collection is wide and varied, including architecture, education, biographies, and fiction as well as polymers, psychology, and animal rights. These books can be searched in the same way that a normal search is done, by author, title or subject. The electronic books will be identified by the tag "E-BOOKS" and will say "available in ONLINE". To access the book, click on the URL icon in the lower right corner.

For those who are curious and want to get an idea of the types of electronic books available go to the library catalog search screen. Scroll down to the box identified as "Type." Click on the dropdown menu and select "e-book". Click on search and "voila!" you'll find all 12,000 electronic titles.
