Visit the Library Computer Classroom to see and use the new computers! They have flat screen monitors and new, fast hard drives. Like all new computers on campus, these machines do not have floppy disk drives. Instead, users are strongly encouraged to purchase a USB flash drive (also called a memory stick, pen drive, or thumb drive) for saving all documents and files. A few older computers are still available in the library for printing documents saved on floppy disk. Please see a Reference Librarian for help.

Some older computers will not work with the large 2.0 gigabyte USB drives. Smaller drives, 64 mb to 128 mb, may be necessary. Please refer hardware questions to the NCC Computer Services Help Desk at 610-861-5413.
