Might you benefit from some more relaxation? Quiet time? Stress relief? Inner peace? Come and relax in the Kiva Monday evenings beginning February 18 through April 28 with a ten-week practice of sitting meditation. Everyone is welcome!
It starts at 5:00 pm. with ten minutes of ideas/instructions, then promptly at 5:10 the thirty minute silent, sitting meditation will begin. You are invited to stop by any Monday and participate.
You don’t need to bring anything. Loose, comfortable clothing is the best. Shoes will be removed for the meditation and seating will be on the floor. If you have any questions, please contact Harold Weiss at hweiss@northampton.edu.
