The Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV) is offering free tax service to anyone whose income is under $40,000 from February 4 through April 15, 2008 . Tax sites available are the Allentown YMCA/YWCA, Easton Area Public Library, CACLV Community Room of Bethlehem, and Rep. Rich Grucela ’s office, Mt. Bethel.
