NCC has a class for that!
People love eating at food trucks. Some even want to own and operate their own. If you are one of them, you can learn about the opportunities and challenges associated with a mobile food truck business in three Northampton Community College Career Exploration courses this December. All courses will be held at NCC's Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 East Third St., Bethlehem, on the 6th floor in Room 623. The fee for each course is $29.
The courses are taught by Tim and Hala Bonner, the owners of the Taza Truck, The Taza Spot at the Easton Market and the soon to open Ka'Moon in Philadelphia.
