Graduating this semester? Congratulations! Your NCC Plus Card will remain active as long as you want to continue using it. If you would like to close your account after graduating, call the Higher One customer service number on the back of your card. If not, you will be charged an inactivity fee of $19 every month after the ninth month of inactivity in your account until your money is gone.

Returning next semester? DO NOT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT OR THROW AWAY YOUR CARD! You will use the same card and account when you return in the fall. If you lose or throw away your card, you will have to order a new one from Higher One at a cost of $20.
