Three Northampton Community College wrestlers earned All-American status at the 2008 National Collegiate Wrestling Association Championships held on March 15 in Lakeland, Florida. 

Each finished in the top six for their weight class in the competition:

Cody Struening, a criminal justice major from Wilson High School , became a two-time All-American when he placed 4 ^th  at 141 lbs. Adam Atiyeh (235 lbs.), a Parkland High School graduate majoring in business management, also had a 4 ^th place finish. And Russ Krobul from North Hunterdon High School , New Jersey, made the cut with a 6 ^th place finish at 184 lbs.  Like Cody, Russ is a criminal justice major.

Overall, the Spartan wrestling team finished the season tied for tenth out of 75 teams in the NCWA national rankings.  Other team members who qualified for nationals were:

Ben Heist (149 lbs.) – Sport Management – Liberty High School

Dan Pelagio (174 lbs.) – General Studies – Stroudsburg High School

Derik Belanger (197 lbs.) – Sport Management – Pocono Mountain West

Nick Williams (197 lbs.) – General Studies – Easton High School
