NCC’s
Fowler Family Southside Center is hosting an art show and sale to benefit artist Gregory Warmack, who goes by the name “Mr. Imagination.” The Southside Bethlehem resident, whose work can be seen in the galleries of the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C., and the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, lost his home in a January 20 fire.
The art will be on display and for sale at NCC’s Southside Center from March 7 – March 28. An auction will be held March 28 to sell the remaining art. Close to 50 artists have donated jewelry, mosaics, pottery and photography for the sale. The public is invited to attend a reception for the artists from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7.
The sale is a “full circle benefit,” which means all the proceeds will be given to Mr. Imagination.
