The College has been selected for the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley ’s “Someone Special” Volunteer Award for its participation in the Holiday Hope Chest drive. A special announcement naming NCC as the recipient of this award will be made on Bobby Gunther Walsh ’s radio program on WAEB AM 790 between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 1.

NCC staff, faculty, and students collected toys and gifts to bring holiday joy to children living in the Lehigh Valley. Gifts were donated in wrapped boxes for children ranging in age from infants to teens. NCC, in conjunction with Moravian College and Enterprise Car Rental, helped distribute over 3,000 Hope Chests around the Lehigh Valley this past holiday season.
