Spartan Net Online Payment
For Payment of Credit Course Tuition with a credit card
- You need the Student password and pin #

Click on the "Logins" icon on the NCC Home Page or click here

Click on SpartanNet Icon

Enter student username and password
- Select Tuition Bill/Schedule
- Scroll to the bottom of your Tuition Bill/Schedule

click on desired action "Pay with a Credit Card" or "Make a Payment Plan Payment"
- Student Balance is reflected at top of page
- Deduct pending financial aid from this amount to determine balance due or pay your payment plan payment amount due

Enter the Amount to be Paid in U.S. Dollars

Important: The student's name and address will automatically default into the cardholder fields. If this is not the cardholder's name and billing address, re-enter the cardholder's name and billing address here.

Please make sure you enter the cardholder's billing address carefully. It must exactly match the billing address on record with the card issuing bank. If the address does not match, the transaction will be declined.

Transactions declined due to address mis-match may cause these funds to be unavailable to the cardholder for 3 to 5 business days. The transaction will appear on the payer's account as a temporary transaction and NCC will not receive funds if the transaction was declined. The determination to hold funds is made by the card issuing bank, not NCC. The release of funds is at the discretion of the card issuing bank and NCC does not make requests for release of funds nor do we capture payments in temporary status. Refer to your bank's policies on temporary transactions for further information.

If your payment was authorized, you will receive a receipt page. You can view your Fee Statement again to see the payment reflected.

If you received a receipt page but your payment is NOT reflected on your Fee Statement, DO NOT make another payment. Contact the Bursar's Office to review your account before making subsequent payments.

If your payment was declined, you will need to find an alternate payment method. NCC does not accept credit card payment over the telephone.

NCC is not responsible for multiple payments erroneously authorized by the cardholder or for any fraudulent use of a credit card. Multiple payments resulting in overpayment of an account will be verified and refunded by college check. Only accounts with a credit balance can be refunded.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process from the date we verify a refund is due.
