MEN'S SOCCER
THE PROGRAM
Men's Soccer has experienced a resurgence on the Northampton campus since 2000, winning over 61% of their games. Legendary Lehigh Valley Coach Ed Csongradi guided the program to a 70-44-4 record during his tenure and captured the program's only Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (PCAA)championship, claiming the title in 2006. The Spartans finished 10-6 during the 2007 season and qualified for the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC) playoffs.

Erik Daly takes over the reigns of the NCC Men's Soccer program which last year earned the #3 seed in the EPCC playoffs and finished 2007 with an overall record of 10-7. Daly, a former assistant coach at Parkland and Catasauqua, comes to NCC after serving as the Head Women's Soccer Coach and Athletic Director at the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, VT. An active participant as a coach and player in the local soccer scene, Daly has a bachelor of science degree from Colby-Sawyer College and a master of education in sport management from East Stroudsburg University. In addition, Daly has earned both an Advanced Regional Diploma and a National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
