Technical Training   Leadership Development Institute CBI offers training and consulting in a wide variety of technical disciplines.  Our team of instructors and consultants possess many years of industry experience in addition to their well-developed training skills.  CBI not only conducts training on-campus in our fabulous lab facilities but also on-site through our mobile training capability.  All content and curriculum is also easily customized and delivered to meet your specific needs at an affordable price.     The Leadership Development Institute helps leaders go above and beyond traditional management practices to lead their businesses into new frontiers.  The Institute offers services that include an executive education program entitled Xploring and a series of professional and management training classes called the Learning Connection.  Organizational development consulting services are also available.             Center for Healthcare Education   Computer Training The Center for Healthcare Education offers healthcare professionals and paraprofessionals a resource for advancing their knowledge, skills and abilities.  The Center also provides exciting opportunities for adults looking to join the healthcare workforce in entry-level positions.   CBI Information technology programs and courses educate employees and individuals in the latest trends and technologies through public courses and contracted, customized training.  Our programs and services include organizational consultation, needs assessment, public courses, seminars, specialized diplomas and customized training programs.               National Training Center for Microelectronics   Electrotechnology Applications Center The National Training Center for Microelectronics (NTCµ) helps you and your employees meet the challenges of modern manufacturing with practical "hands-on" training courses and innovative, custom in-house educational programs.  NTCµ instructors, technical specialists and curriculum writers are active in industry, up-to-date and adept at their specialties.     The Electrotechnology Applications Center (ETAC) provides confidential assistance to businesses and manufacturers to help them increase productivity, improve energy efficiency, and achieve and maintain environmental compliance. ETAC helps businesses gain a competitive advantage by applying alternative technologies to improve heating, drying, coating and curing processes.       Corporate & Public Safety     Northampton Community College offers a comprehensive curriculum of emergency services training featuring corporate & institutional safety and emergency medical services.  All training is suitable for public safety organizations, institutional and industrial organizations and can be easily customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.
