CAL-5806 The Combination Fitness Class - Mini 3 Weeks
A shorter version of our regular combination fitness class. This class provides a total-body workout. Class consists of warmup, high/low cardio-aerobics, and upper and lower body toning. Abdominal conditioning and stretching. Please bring hand held weights to class.

CAL-6414 Lunchtime Yoga Regeneration
This is your opportunity to clear your mind of your daily stress. We will focus on the renewal and restoration of your physical body and mind through meditation and yoga. Return to work refreshed and rejuvenated. You will also increase flexibility and muscular strength by sustaining yoga postures and stretches. This class is designed for adults at all levels of fitness.
