Specialized Diploma for the A+ Computer Technician The A+ Specialized Diploma is a non-credit program designed to provide the beginning computer user with the technical understanding needed to succeed as an entry-level hardware or computer service technician. Scheduled day, evening, and weekend classes are offered year round and can be taken individually or several each semester. Courses are taught by qualified instructors and held in modern, comfortable training facilities and computer labs. Successful completion results in awarding of a Specialized Diploma (S.D.) NCC recommends that students take the A+ Certification tests upon completion of coursework. Information on these tests is available at http://www.vue.com/ Courses may be waived by providing proof of completion of an equivalent course at NCC or elsewhere.
