Tobacco Use on Campus Northampton Community College is 90 percent smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. These areas are clearly marked, and the use of tobacco waste receptacles is required. Assume you are in a non smoking area unless you see signs to indicate to the contrary.
