Clair Freeman has taught at NCC's Bethlehem Campus since the fall of 2010, and started with the Horizons for Youth program in the summer of 2011. He teaches theatre and film at both the Bethlehem Campus and the Fowler Center. Clair has been working in arts related fields since the mid-1980's and has experience in arts education, arts programming and has written curriculum for several arts programs on a high school level.
He holds BA Degrees in both Theatre and Communications and English from Susquehanna University and in 2011, received her MA degree in Humanities from Penn State. Clair has been a member of the Pennsylvania Playhouse Board of Directors and has directed numerous productions in the Lehigh Valley.
His teaching philosophy is for students to experience theatre on an individual and personal level, understanding how communication techniques can be used not only onstage but also in the outside world.
