Keith Dalious teaches courses at the Fowler Center on traveling to Italy and pairing Italian wine and food. He always loved to travel finding that, as Mark Twain says "Travel is the cure for prejudice, ignorance and narrow mindedness". He has traveled to 53 different countries and 38 states. His favorite destination is Italy where friends taught him how to cook and make olive oil. His travels have also introduced him to the wonderful world of good wine.
Keith also loves to cook, having been to cooking schools in New Orleans, Santa Fe, Napa Valley and San Francisco's Chinatown. One of his greatest joys is sharing his love of travel, wine and cooking with others. His most important lesson is to teach others to be travelers and not just tourists. He has been married to his lovely wife Sandy for 44 years and has two beautiful and successful daughters.
