Making the transition from high school to college can be overwhelming. How do I sign up for classes? Where is the cafeteria? Will I make friends?
In order to ease anxiety and give students a jump start for the fall, NCC is offering a series of orientation programs this summer.
The programs are being held in June and July at both the Main and Monroe Campuses. Students are given the opportunity to select their fall class schedule with an academic advisor, register for classes, tour the campus, meet other students, learn about support services and how to use their MyNCC student account, visit various student clubs, watch a play about college life, and get their photo ID taken. There are also workshops for parents of incoming students.
