From Monroe Campus Student Services: NCC Monroe is hosting the northeastern Pennsylvania walk for the March of Dimes on Saturday, April 26, beginning at 9 a.m. at NCC's Mt. Pocono Site (Pocono Corporate Center East). Students, faculty, staff, and friends/family of NCC are invited to join the NCC team "NCC Monroe Campus." The money raised will help support programs in our community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies and to fund research to find answers to problems that threaten babies.
From the Band of Brothers Club: From now until May 1, we're collecting items to send care packages to some NCC students and their battle buddies who are deployed in the Middle East region. We have already purchased five cases of Girl Scout cookies to send, but are in need of other items to include. Please see this flyer for a list of items our soldiers need. Items may be dropped off in specially marked bins at Laub Lounge, College Center Main Entrance, Student Enrollment Center, Gates Center, and Southside Center.. Thank you for your support!
From First Impressions Boutique: Getting ready to do some spring cleaning? If you come across some gently-used business clothing, shoes and/or accessories, please consider donating them to the NCC boutique where students can shop for clothes for free for job interviews!
