Locations and Schedules

Information for Main and Monroe Campus Testing

• Testing at the Main and Monroe campuses takes place at specific times and it is essential that you report on time for the testing session you choose.
• If you arrive after a testing session has begun you will be asked to return for another testing session.
• Only one test may be taken during the 6:00 PM sessions.
• Testing is not available on days when the college is closed. The college's campuses are closed on Fridays during the summer (May - August).
• All placement testing is on a walk-in bases during the summer
• We are not able to provide testing on tradional Orientation Days (Monday July 18 is the last one at Monroe)
• Students can check in at the Enrollment Office or Student Services desk

Main Campus (Bethlehem)

Location: Advising Office (College Center 341)

Testing sessions:
Monday - Thursday, 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, & 6:00
Friday, 10:00, 12:00, 2:00 (NCC is closed on Fridays from May through August)

Monroe Campus (Tannersville)

Location: Student Services

Testing sessions:
Monday - 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, & 6:00 (one test only)
Tuesday - 2:00, 4:00, 6:00 (one test only)
Wednesday - 10:00, 12:00, 2:00
Thursday - 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, & 6:00 (one test only)
Friday - The College is closed on Fridays through August 12, 2011

Testing for Distance Education
Students who plan on taking courses through distance education and are unable to take the necessary placement testing at one of the NCC sites may make arrangements to have off-campus proctored testing. Students are required to find a proctor at a local school or public library. The NCC Advising Office will send the testing materials to the proctor for him/her to administer the test(s).
