As you become acquainted with Northampton, I am confident you will discover that we are a student centered institution devoted to learning. Our students and our alumni tell us repeatedly that our faculty and staff are demanding, but caring, and employers and four-year colleges report our graduates are well prepared.
We are committed to providing educational opportunities in an environment that celebrates the diversity of our students and which treats everyone with respect and dignity. Although we have become a large college in terms of enrollment, we work very hard to retain the small college atmosphere.
