As a culinary student at Northampton Community College in 2012, Chef Tyler Baxter won the chance to cook in Chef Emeril Lagasse's award-winning New Orleans restaurants. He is using the lessons learned in NOLA to create Southern-inspired fare for The Bayou restaurant in Bethlehem.
