I started teaching in the summer of 2015. I teach K-4th grade craft and science themed classes at the main campus.
I've worked in the Bangor Area School district for 8 years as a k-6 substitute teacher. I have had long term substitute positions in a first grade classroom, a 5th grade learning support teacher, and I am currently teaching kindergarten. I was a Girl Scout leader for 13 years and am involved with the PTO. I have my Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and my Master's in Elem. Ed from Lehigh University. I currently hold a PA K-6 teaching certificate.
My classroom goal is to have a comfortable, enriching learning environment where the children feel free to explore, ask questions, and grasp knowledge of the topics being studied.
